Yeah, I'm pretty sure the solenoid is bad, just needed to sleep on it.

Prolly your solenoid. Even a new one can be faulty and stick on. It happened to my T-Bird the first time I drove it this year.

An old guy I know with a '77 F350 4X4 dually had his solenoid act up on him and he was nowhere near the truck. I was actually at his house when it happened. Unfortunately it's a standard tranny, and was in gear when it decided to start cranking by itself. Even more unfortunately, he lives on a lake. I don't need to tell you where the truck ended up...

Gosh, if that doesn't make ya nervous..

Makes me want to install a battery switch so it can't happen like that.

*Shudders*

Yeah, It is the solenoid, now I just need a new one and a new battery terminal(I guess it's a good thing they make those out of pot metal.)
