Engine Bay Hood Insulation Update: New Liner Attached "08-31-09"

Does anybody know where we can find engine bay hood insulation for Our Cougar ? or if somebody makes custom fitting insulation anymore for these foxbody cars ? Thanks for your help friends :poke: :)

Not sure where to get the Factory type stuff. But car stereo shops should have soe Dynamat type stuff with a foil side for the engine side.

I have no idea on this other than they sell it.  I never tried it.

I have also seen it pop up on ebay at times from some of the ebay hood inulation sellers.

Wasn't there somebody here or on TF that was selling custom liners with a logo?

Thanks for all of the info fellas and I'll email (TBirdmnd) and see if he still does these liners. Our liner decided to come off last Weekend at my first carshow from some High winds which caused my cilps to bust apart. :mad:

Thanks Joe , Our cut out light section is on the passenger side but that looks a whole lot better than the 1 we have friend. ;)

If I remember correctly,I actually flipped the pad, because it was on the wrong side for my hood.

Hey Joe , I just got thru talking with (Mark) 86t-bird and he had ordered a hoodliner from that other member who made 1 for his ride. I'm gonna email him to see if he can make 1 for ours also friend. ;)
