Alternator pulley

Anyone know where to pick up the smallest available pulley for an alternator? My replacement NAPA one is like the first 2 NAPAs that were replaced under warranty (not the 3rd though) - it tests good at just above idle but puts out power poorly at 625 engine rpm's. I have a decent pulley on there right now but I know there is room for improvement without changing the crank pulley. Exactly what type of pulley am I looking for and any links to the smallest one available? I think the one on there now is just under 2" in diameter.

I got mine from shop that rebuilds alternators-I paid five bux.  It's so
small that I have to use a thin wall socket. I had to get a smaller belt

I've already got a tight belt on there now, probably an inch shorter than I should have, so that part isn't a problem. This one I picked up from an alternator/battery/starter shop years ago but it seems to be about the same size as the standard overdrive pulley. I guess I'll have to call around a bit to see what I can find. Besides "6 rib", what else should I be looking for when calling them? NAPA had some smaller ones but the back spacer wasn't thick enough.

This is also on a 5 liter's alternator. I'm not sure if there are any differences between them and the TC ones for the pulley.

Get a pulley kit.I've been thinking about some polished pulleys for mine.I've seen a kit in black for less than $50.00.

My pulley's already look great - sandblasted, powdercoated with black base coat, finished with multiple layers of candy red powdercoat. My valve covers, accessory brackets, and radiator brackets have the same treatment also. I just need a tiny pulley.

You can get in contact with the companys that make the underdrives and they will sell them individually.I got one for a friend who bought a used incomplete set.
