For sale 1986 Tbird

Asking $800.  The car runs good.  No rust body.  All glass good but drivers door glass is scratched. No missing trim but the lower belt trim plastic chrome is shot.

This car is drivable and fully functional except for the following:
1. Radio does not work
2. A/C has a leak but does work fine.  I'd have to look again but I think the HP hose is the leaker.

New brakes and master cylinder
6,000 miles on rebuilt C5 transmission
107,000 on 3.8 engine
Tilt steering wheel
power windows
power door locks
cruise control
Fabric on seats are a bit faded, front seats not torn,  left rear seat bottom torn a bit.
Interior plastics not deteriorated
Very small cracks near defroster outlets on dash
One small easily repaired crease lower right front fender forward of wheel.
Poly cast wheels
Very dry, cracked, hard UNSAFE tires.

The advantage of this car is that it could be made nice or a replacement body for that great drivetrain in your rusty old bucket or wrecked bird or cougar.

The best way to get this car is to come and get it.  Trailer it .  However, it's non-op now meaning the registration although valid is not active.

I do have all four center caps and trim rings for the wheels but the fake lugs are cut out.

I'm attaching the only photos I have at this time.  PM me if interested and I'll send you my address and phone number.  The car is located in Ridgecrest, California.  My family is the second owner of this car. The car was originally purchased at Van Dyck Ford in Trona, California.  About 20 miles east of Ridgecrest on the way to Death Valley.

Either I sell it or cannibilize it for parts for my 82 Cougar wagon.  The pictures are a little dark but the paint is faded and peeling so it should be OK.

I'd love to but I'm afraid it would add a lot of cost.  Are you sure you don't need a vacation with a truck and trailor?:D  You are only what 1,500 miles away?
