Thats too bad.  Those things are just another tarriff on the poor motorist, under the guise of safety.  Once unfortunate folks like you get the ticket in the mail everyone will be slamming on the brakes at yellow lights increasing rear end collisions exponentiaslly.

That really sucks!! I'm going to Carlisle for the Ford Nats. 2 weeks ago I got laid off, luckily I had my reg. and hotel paid for all ready. And I haven't gotten my income tax refund yet, so some of that will go for trip expencess. Hopefully things will work out for you as well.

thats nice to know,, next time i want to race around and borrow your car, I know it wont be me getting the ticket.

Get the picture?

Its not your ticket, the system has a loop hole that there is no way of fixing.  Yeah, sure its the wife who used the car but, you cant volunteer information.

What you do is send a response to the court that you were not in the vehicle at the time of its use under a multi insured vehicle.  And further more, you are perfectly able to and legal to lend your car out.

I just got off of one of these tickets because it was sent to me.  However,, My personal debit card was swiped 1000 miles away from the scene of the crime by myself so I was not in the car.

Ohio's response to my notification to them was..........
"Who was in the car??"
My response to thier question was exactly this.......
"That question is objectionable as it was already determined without a law enforcement presence that I was guilty.  I have provided evidence that shows the state of OHIO was wrong.  Who was in my car is not why we are communicating.  Please send proof of case being dropped or I will have to file for a hearing of my own."

I expect in the next couple of days to see this in writting.

So,, dont think just because your car is out on the road means the cars actions is on you.  For insurance purposes yes, but for driving previleges,, NO.

fight it, call them and provide proof you were not in the car so the ticket does not belong to you.  Do not tell them who was in the car because that is not why you are calling, you are communicating the fact that this ticket does not belong to you.

We're going to need someone to scout the roads all around Boardman so we know which ones to avoid. I have no problem taking side streets if it means that a moment's slip won't get me a ticket.

We got nailed by a red light cam, I was told if I just pay it and than there will be no points on license. If you fight and lose you get the points.

I thought more were coming in the mail, wife was driving this intersection all month, luckily only one came in.
