Cougar in a movie

I couldn't find the thread where there is a Cougar in a movie, but I flipped to the awful movie called "Redline" about street racing exotic cars and high stakes gambling on it.  First scene I see there is an 87-88 Cougar LS quarter window in the back ground.  Looked well shined and a little pimped as they showed a little more of it.  Never saw any more of it and the movie was making me nauseous it was so bad.

Any see this movie or if the car was owned or driven?

Pride and Glory, 15 minutes into the movie. 87/88 Cougar mixed in with all the cop cars. NOT beat up. Just sits there though.

theres one movie, man apart, i think it the one with the f&F guy, right there in the background an 88/87 bird is burning to the ground.  at the end of the movie, he hides behind one and it gets shot up... sometimes you see it in a parking lot.  it was destroyed.

It was alot better then torque. That movie was about bullet bikes. I would dare say the tittle wasn't suited.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

So in Redline that's all it was, just the quarter window sitting in the background.  No one drove it.
