1985-1986 Turbo Coupe Parts February 16, 2009, 03:18:59 PM I plan to edit this old for sale thread over and over for awhile. All prices are suggestions and I prefer local pickup, but shipping could be arranged for extra.-Power Drivers Seat Rack; $20-Manual Passenger Seat Rack; $5-Headlamp switch from my '83 T-Bird; $15-'83 Deck Lid, Black with red stripe...pic down in the thread further: $20...corners are bent up slightly and would need straightening.-Black Carpet; $20-Mustang Cobra (read: 4-Cylinder Springs) Rear Springs; $40http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showthread.php?t=23018-'86 TC. I plan to pull the front and rear clips (bumpers/lights), a fender, a door, front sway bar, turbo and manifold this week. This leaves the shell, glass (including sunroof), rear axle, T5, long block, harness and most the interior (no seats). All this for $250 or as it sits (including what is listed in the 'plan to pull' first sentence for $300)...does not roll.Cooter Quote Selected

1985-1986 Turbo Coupe Parts Reply #5 – March 08, 2010, 08:41:38 AM Romeo2K, The carpet is from a 1986 Turbo Coupe. Perhaps I should have typed 'Smoke' Interior Carpet? Either way, it looks black to me. Let me know if you're interested.Vinnie, I have two lids. Both have some blemishes though; not through to the foam, but probably not good condition. I'll put those pics up this week sometime.93stangfutr2.3t, I decided yesterday that I will not be fixing either car, but I do plan to keep both complete drivetrains until I purchase another 85-86 this spring/summer. At that point I may offer up the one engine and maybe a T5 Swap Package depending on whether or not I find a solid Runner or Roller.Cooter Quote Selected
1985-1986 Turbo Coupe Parts Reply #7 – June 02, 2010, 01:03:59 PM Any interest in the items listed above? If not, those parts will be loaded into one of the shells before s.Also, stay tuned for the shell sale, over the next few weeks I hope to have all the parts off the '85 that I want. I will then post it as it sits for one last grab before s. Same story for the '86 although the '86 (a sunroof car) will have more exterior sheet metal and I probably will initially offer it including the engine (175K (with a lazy lifter, slap, or flexplate hitting), T5 (2-3 synchro ?), and Pedals to save myself some time. If no offers I will part it the rest of the way and s it.I'll try to take better pictures too,Cooter Quote Selected

86 Time Reply #9 – June 26, 2010, 10:42:36 PM It's time to start the listing for the '86 TC. I plan to pull the front and rear clips (bumpers/lights), a fender, a door, front sway bar, turbo and manifold this week. This leaves the shell, glass (including sunroof), rear axle, T5, long block, harness and most the interior (no seats). All this for $350 if the deal happens this week. Feel free to offer more for more too; I'd probably leave other parts in the deal if asked ($$$). This car has been my parts car for 3 years or so... Thanks, Cooter Quote Selected

1985-1986 Turbo Coupe Parts Reply #14 – July 02, 2010, 09:46:57 AM Joker 77, if you are referring to an 83-84 Bird, I don't have what you are looking for. The only thing I have left from the '83 in that area is the actual headlight switch.Ether 947, Mr. T may be stopping by to grab that '83 decklid. If he doesn't it is yours for $30. Seeing as your're not too far, if you have a list, maybe you should stop by sometime next week too.Regards,Cooter Quote Selected
