Rears......

Well today I pulled a rear out of storage that I thought was a 8.8 273 rear, according to the tag its a 7.5 locker 2.73 rear. I didnt know they made them. I was going to put it in the car im junking but now i dont know. The one in my car now is a 7.5 308 rear... I have a 8.8 locker 3.73 rear that weather permitting is going in my car tommorrow. sorry guys Im bored lol
88 thunderbird, 306 ,E7 heads ported by me, explorer intake, 70mm professional products TB, 8.8 3.73 rear is finally in. 11" front brake upgrade. still need some stuff
some nice weather to work on stuff would be nice ^^^

most sports and xr7's and tc had traction lock.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Thats the same rear i have in my 88 sport or so my door tag says. It spins one tire unless you really get on it.
