Here is waht is in progress for the bird.. what do you think? Any other Ideas floating around? Im looking to try to push 500 horse out of this...

Some Minor Body work Done. Fender and door straightened and welded. body lines cleaned up.
Megasquirt
Electronic Boost Controller
Electric Water Pump
Battery Relocation
Dual Overhead cam Volvo B234F head put on.
Holset HX35 Turbocharger
Front Mount Intercooler, Bloww of valve, External Wastegate
AC Delete
New Exhaust Header
3" inch stainless Exhaust, Spun Cat

Will that Holset support 500HP? (I don't know, that's why I'm asking.)

Why an electric h2o pump?

Which I/C?

Is that 3" dual or single?

You didn't mention subframe connectors. They wouldn't hurt.
