need center console for sitck

i need a center console for a sitck in tan if i can get one

87 3.8L no trans. geting h.o and 5speed (project never ending thunder) started it as of 8-14-10

Stick or auto,the consoles are the same.I used a dye to do mine from tan to gray.Worked great,and after over a year,no chipping or anything.I wipe vinyl treatment on it just like the rest of the interior and it works great.

That's a rockin' deal.This console started life tan.....now it's gray....

If you'd prefer not to dye one, I think we've got a tan console left. We'd sell it for $20 plus shipping. It would be the bare console though, no lid and no switch plate or shifter cover.

Do you prefer a gray one then? I think we've got some gray ones too. I know we have porno red ones in addition to the tan and we may have gray too. So, which color is your first choice?

Ours are all from 87/88 Turbo Coupes, if it matters to you.

I didnt even think about you having any. I would defiantly get this if I was you. Never really see tan ones.

This is a start. Like you said, if you have only seen one then better grab what you can while you can. You can find the other pieces later. I wouldnt pass it up

In the 87/88 TCs, the lids, switch plates and shift boots are all the same color, no matter what the interior is. I dug out our last tan (Sandlewood) console and here are some shots of it. The shifter boot mounting tabs will need to be fixed, but the rest of it looks fine. Let me know. My son is coming home on Friday, so I can put him to work packing it up if you want it. Are you referring to the pics I just posted? If so, then I already said that. Almost every console I've seen has at least one broken shift boot mounting tab. A couple minutes with a piece of plastic and super glue fixes them right up. We've done it on both my son's cars. Anyway, I will put our tan console back into our inventory. Good luck with your search.
