That really is amazing if it is true. You could buy a basically new car for $3500. You could drive it for several years, throw it away and be money ahead. Or you could drop a killer 5.0 in it and have an awesome ride without thousands in restoration. That would be a great deal for someone and I am driving right through that town in a couple of weeks. No bids? There just must be NO market for these except to those of us already disturbed enough to own them. If that was a Dart with a 318 it would probably sell for close to 10 grand

I'm a little confused as to where he's getting the KBB of 11k. I checked it, and rechecked it and I'm getting numbers sub 2k. Seems like a seller who wants to convince everyone he was a rare care, when In fact its just a plain old thunderbird.

It is nice and clean though.

Ugh, I've been looking for something like this for awhile...  The FIRST time it's within driving distance, I can't afford it.

I would sell a vital organ to own that car. I can't believe it's gotten no bids. $3500 is less than what I paid for my base model '88 with almost no options and 47k miles, five years ago.
