Do you have a HO upper intake, 60mm tb, and egr spacer?? I have a set up for sale
AND I have a set of mustang shorty headers, and a stock mustang h pipe for sale for duel exhaust.
And a buddy on another fourm has a mass air set up for sale, sensor, wireing, computer, and air hose

Ok I see some problems with your build that are pretty major:

1. A B303 cam WILL NOT RUN GOOD AT ALL WITH SPEED DENSITY! IT NEEDS A MASS AIR SYSTEM TO WORK PROPERLY. DO NOT RUN IT WITH SPEED DENSITY.

2. With a B303 cam you need to check piston to valve clearance even with the E6 heads. The cast pistons are flat tops with no valve notches.

3. 14 lb injectors will not be enough to run the engine with a B303 cam. You need 19 lb injectors.

4. Don't even think about running the engine with a B303 cam with the stock Speed density computer from a Cougar or T-bird.

It's a B cam, With e-6's it will run,  I wouldn't want to go through all that to do it. It will probably flatten out about 4000 rpm.

assumption owns you....
and the engine already runs see vid on page 2.

heads are e7, pistons are dished and forged this is not even a t-bird engine. it has 19 lb injectors on it. the stock ecu sd ecu wont be there for long. but it I did need to use it a stock sd ecu will work it will just run rich as hell and not meter fuel well. but it will work.

Assumption will absolutely own you when you try to drive it.  We are all trying to HELP you by giving you tips to reduce future aggrivation.  It will run pig fat rich all the time as you said...but only until a certain RPM, when it will run out of fuel...by severely restricting the engine with log manifolds and a SO upper plenum/throttle body, you're not "evening" things out...put some shorties on it, at least an HO upper/TB and mass air the thing, then it'll run nice.  If you try and drive it, I guarantee it'll pop, spit and bang the whole time...if you can even keep it running under a load...I didn't see if you specified auto or 5-speed, but I'm assuming auto...and if that's the case, have fun trying to two-foot it all around.

If you want to do a half-assed build, that's fine...but when people are trying to help, there really isn't a reason to get pen 15y about it just because it idled like  for 20 seconds.

Regardless of which direction you go with it, good luck.
