what i got for $200

its a '86 Mustang GT with an AOD. i got it not running, no title, and lots of rust on the roof and hatch. it took a good distributor and a fuel pump to get it running. and now the trans is ****ed. ive got another AOD that has some good parts, so im hoping i can make 1 good trans out of the 2.

i then plan on taking the drivetrain out of the '86, and putting it in a '80 coupe rolling chassis, that ill be buying for $100. :) it has a clear title, clean body, and welded subframes. i should be picking it up on Sunday.

LOL I was just going to ask if he was swapping the 86 bumper on the 80. I never liked the grills like that.

im keeping the '80 tail lights, but undecided about the front bumper cover. i like the 85/86 bumpers, but i kinda want to keep it somewhat original looking on the outside.

Awesome score !!!! I need to get out more often. This is a good time of the year to find deals .People sell off everything before Christmas. Speaking of selling things, how much would you take for the intake plate off of the '86? I'd like to put that on my Sport.
