the vert isnt running very good...help October 12, 2008, 01:51:39 PM 85.5.0 tbi........when i crank it .it idels fine for a sec and then acts like it wants to shut off and if u dont give gas it will...know driving if you lightly give it gas its fine just really slow .but if u give it normal gas it just falls on its face.when you put it in revers and you dont 2 foot it .it stalls.....what is wrong with her Quote Selected

My '92 Topaz for instance...Why your car is doing it, who knows...I honestly doubt that would be the reason for your issue though. Quote Selected

Take the CFI off and flip it over, chip away at anything that does not belong. =see diy link for process.-double check that you have nice bluish white spark.-If your fuel injectors have never been serviced,, you may want to consider the injector screen delete / replacement - see diy link as well.Primary thing is to pull code though.
