Will some 46# CFI injectors fit on my fuel rail and in my injector ports on my non CFI Turbo Coupe? and will my ECU automatically adjust for the injectors?

They will not drop in.  You need to adapt them as the inlet/outlet are slightly different.

Also, your ECU will NOT work with them as a drop in.

welcome to 1/3 of the world of ohms law.

The Resistance of the injector coil (since its just a solenoid) does not match the control circuit in the EEC.  The eec expects to see a specific resistance on your injector and the electronics in the EEC will wack out and determine there is a failure with any injector not close enough in range to what needs to be there.

What is the PN on the side of the injector along the plastic top?
What color is the injector?

I think tc50's three word reply brings back memories of my odd ass attempts although i did get 54lb blue top ones to work on a CFI V6, it was rich as all get out but pretty much ok with with two additonal cylinders on the 306,,DUH!
