B & M Shift Kit

Anyone ever put a B & M shift improver kit in an AOD? My cat is almost ready to be back in service after a five year hiatus, warranty is long gone on the new AOD I had to put in six years ago, and I found the kit my brother gave me all those many years ago. What were your experiences?

I used it. I have nothing to compare it to, not even stock (I drove it with a blown tranny maybe 1/2 mile home, installed the shift kit in the new one and swapped trannys). but it shifts pretty hard compared to every other car I've been in. If I floor it just about where it kicks into OD (~45 mph), it will slam it into 2nd hard enough to chirp a tire :p

like I said, I haven't used anything else, but this kit was pretty cheap and works pretty well so far. I've put 20k+ miles on it no problems yet (knock on wood)
