twin turbo 5.oh Reply #15 – September 12, 2008, 02:38:18 AM Let me say from experience there is really no cheap way down the twin turbo road let alone any forced induction road if you still want reliability and dependability. Fuel injection is reallly the best route to go and specifically a stand alone system such as AEM or FAST. I have also heard mega squirt is ok if you know your computer stuff. You could also just get the standard mustang fuel injection system and chip it with SCT or what not but then you depend on someless to do your tuning. I did run a stock 91 mustang engine with twin turbos for 4 years with a set of o-ringed heads but this summer the bearings finally let go so I got low compression forged aluminum pistons as well as h-beam SCAT rods for some more abuse "fun".
