Custom 4-lug wheels on Ebay

These seem to be lightweight Weld-like 15x8's. I'm not vouching for the "custom" part as they look very similar to some off-the-shelf Weld wheels.

Those are the ugliest looking rims I have ever seen, the bolt pattern isn't even close to being centered to the design

yeah, might have something to do with the 5 spokes and 4 lugs thing... LOL

I thought when I mentioned "Weld-like" that someone would recognize them or look 'em up.

They are essentially Weld Prostars drilled for 4-lug. They are a 15lb. drag-racing wheel. The "star" pattern definitely doesn't lend itself to a 4-lug.
