Yeah, maybe 2 grand.  The auto trans is prolly secretly planning self destruction within 10,000 miles. Especially since he has exhaust and upped boost.

Wldbrd,
How much are you asking for yours? Is there a thread about it?

SWEET 88 turbo coupe, but the seller is on crack!!

no there isnt a thread on here for it, because 90% of the people on here just wanna post in the thread and say "Hey nice TC wish I could afford it...."  rather the "hey nice TC when can we meet to do the deal..?"

I may start one just for the hell of it, just to prove my point....

That is a little on the high side but it is just a matter of time. I think the days of cheap TCs are nearly over. There have been many years the TCs have been several thousand less than the SVO and are harder to come by.

Last week there were 7 very nice SVOs on e-bay. Only a couple TCs. This holds true on just about any given day. Be prepared.

ive found a few cheap ones just in PA
one for 1450(its a auto but not bad)
one for 500 with a fresh rebuilt motor(I missed it, sold it 2 days before I called)
one for 2500 with 82k on it(also an auto)
Im gonna keep looking cause I want one bad! But my budget is VERY low unfortantly...

If the exchange was still in my favor, I may have considered it.
But the jumping through hoops to bring it over the border wouldn't be fun.

That TC is JUNK!  It has a sunroof!  psh....  LOL, ok, I love sun/moonroofs, but for some reason, it totally kills the look of these cars.

Also, why so much complaining about prices?  I'm looking for another and it hurts me too, but personally, I'm excited to see the 'value' going up (sorry Kelly, but your blue book may be off :D )

because most guys on here that love these cars cant pay that much for one, and the fact that people want top dollar for daily drivers sucks.
the cheap ones sell within days, and most are killed used for the rear end and motor/trans(turbo coupes)
ive given up serching, gonna just push hard and finish my mark
