'87/'88 T-Bird D.S tail light lens...

I need a driver side tail light lens.No reflector or light assembly necessary,just the clear lens.I'll buy (if the price is right) or trade for it.

I might be able to grab one from the yard near me. I'll check today.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

I just need a crack free lens for the driver side.Not the whole assembly.If you can find one,grab it.I'll buy it trade you parts.Whatever is good for you.Let me know.

Thanks for trying.I may have found one in the garage.I found 4 or 5 passenger side,and two driver side.One was good looking one wasn't.Again,thanks for the effort.

If you have not found one yet,I you can give me till tomorrow,I am going back over to gulfport at 3 yards and I illsee if they have one.they cant be much at all(maybe a pen 15e and a candy bar),Ill look for ya.kenny

Yes,I still need one.Like I stated above,I can buy,trade,or a little of both.I just need a really good lens.If there are a few light surface scratches,I can polish that out,but cracks are a big no-no.I have seen lights with the tiny little cracks that appear to be "in" the plastic.Not cool.I appreciate you guys a lot.

I just got home from Gulfport,I have some good and bad news,I did find a taillight unit for your car but,the bottom red piece is cracked.I couldnt tell much about the clear part,it looked ok but,not sure if you would want it.I will be going to there other place in the morning in Mobile, Al.they aint but,8.99 for lens and 15.99 for assembly.If I cant find one there I will check back with the others.I dont know why just about every thunderbird or cougar taillight lens is broke or cracked(all but,later 90s-I seen plenty of them).
Also about the gentleman on here thats looking for a the EEC for a 86 thunder bird.they have a 87 v6.will that work?they run 25.99 with a 25% core.(I beleive its a ECU that hes talking about-?)thats what I can see in this price list.I hope this helps in some way.I will look more tomorrow.kenny

Kenny,As long as the clear part is good,grab it.The red reflectors on mine are fine and I can swap them.I only need the lens,the whole assembly isn't necessary.THANKS !!!!!!!

As far as the computer,I actually have no idea if they swap out.I wish I could tell you.

Mine has a crack on the part that goes above the license plate.
But it's underneath. I got pics if you want.

I will be going back over to pick it up for ya,I dont know how to send pics on phones or anything like that.I will get iyt for ya though.I make parts runs for a shop here at the house to keep them from having to close and go get parts.besides,I hate to omit,I love junk yards(kid in a candy store)thats no problem.kenny

Grab the lens,and carefully pull.It'll separate from the housing fairly easily.It has an adhesive holding it on.No problem removing them.Be careful,I pull them off from the outside gently.The thinner part of the lens,over the tag,can be a little delicate.
