July 15, 2008, 03:42:40 PM i have a 92 5.0 to put in my 88 XR7. according to themustang 5.0 hand book there is a problem putting apre 92 starter in the later block or using the 92 starterin an older block. the newer one is smaller. has anyne run into this . i want to use the 88 starter on the 92 block.what problems do you run into and what is the fix.thanks!--irv Quote Selected
