English Classes Part II.... March 11, 2005, 09:30:45 PM I was seeing an old text in english, and it had some "strange" words, like "Thy" , "Thou" and "Thee". I took the dictionary and oh surprise ! they means "You" and all related possesive ways.....Its that correct ? And why not of these words are used today ? Quote Selected

Just like how "new" words will eventually become unpopular again. A good example is the word Millenium... a thousand years. That was used a bunch around the year 2000 because it was the end of the millenium. Now that it's over, no one uses the word nearly as much. Quote Selected

Hardly anyone uses vosotros conjugation anymore except in very formal or old writings but it is still considered to be part of the language. Quote Selected
