How hard is it differentiate between a number two with sprite and a number five with pen 15e?!?!?! Thats insane!!! The closest I ever come to fast food is a timmys coffee every couple weeks anyway. Thats still unbelieveable!

I am at a disadvantage here in CA, I don't speak mexican or spanish, so most of the order takers have a hard time understanding me, what's next, outsourcing the order placers, maybe I can find a computer translator that I can install into my car.

So,  basicly,  they are setting up Mystery shopers?  Hell,  I always had them guys when I worked at hardee's.

We used to have them order pizzas at Pj's and rate the drivers.  but that got pretty pointless when the only place they had the pizzas delivered to was HoJo's and the Villa Motel.  So when them orders come up,  they always got good service.

Umm, Mexicans speak spanish. ;)

Good point though, I can barely understand the voice out of that speaker (ethnic background aside) and they screw up my order more often than I think is acceptable.  They are still keeping jobs in America, so I am not too upset about it.
