Hella Fog lights

Is there some sort of a resistor which powers the turbo coupe's hella fog lights? I'm trying to replace the ones which were stolen, and there seems to be no power comming to them now. Anyone know where this resistor or actuator type device is?

The only reason I ask, is my brother has nice fog/driving lights on his 2006 chevy cobalt ss and he has a resistor. I thought it might be a possibility.

How are you testing the circuit?  If you have a voltmeter, try checking at the plug, or the wires that ran to the plug if you've removed it.  Make sure the headlights are "on".

The headlights have to be on for the foglights to get power. The foglights get power from the headlight switch.
It's Gumby's fault.

My car didn't come stock with them. Its not a turbo coupe. The foglights werent wired to the headight switch. I'm not sure whats wrong. They are connected like the other ones were. :( Thats why I asked if there was some kind of resitor that was needed. The other foglights were the exact ones by hella, but a almost identical size. I now have a factory set(with smoke covers, Im so excited)) and they won't turn on.
