Turbo Coupe Parts Car -- Lots of Pictures!

Hey gang! A friend of mine got his hands on a wrecked 1988 Turbo Coupe with some really nice parts left. He asked me the other day if I knew some folks that might be interested in some of those parts. I told him, "yeah, I think I do." So I stopped by his shop over the weekend and snapped some pictures. He did mention that the engine, the turbo, and transmission are all sold. I myself grabbed the scoops in the hood. Other than that, everything is up for grabs.

You should be able to tell in the photos that the interior is in rather nice shape and has a lot of good parts left. The wheels aren't bad either. However, the front passenger side wheel might be bent from the accident.

If you don't mind, please ask your questions about the car right here in this thread so everyone will know what's avaliable and know who might get what.

Those are small enough items, I could ship rather easy. When I start to accumulate and write the list of items everyone wants, I'll stop by the shop to make sure these items are still on the car... By the way, I accept PayPal...

how is the center dash trim? the part that goes arounf the radio an stuff

If my memory serves me, it looked fine.... it was removed for the radio before it ended up in the junk yard... that will be another item I will look at when I stop by the shop... Would you want the part that goes around the speedo as well??

No I have that one and its in ok shape. Hows the console lid? and the switch plate? If you could see if you could pull the fabric insert on the door panels i would like that along with the pull strap clips.

possibly the headrest covers and seat belt holders that screw on the seats and fog light brackets

and if you can get it off, all the side moldign trim

I'm heading to his shop later in the afternoon to check on your list of items and make sure those parts are still there. While I'm there, I'll take pictures of those items as well so you can get a closer look at 'em.

I was sort of thinking that we should sell the door panels as a complete set at this time. Both of the panels are intact and are in really nice shape. I would really hate to start selling parts off of them yet. Being someone who had to buy one piece at a time to make one set of door panels, I know how annoying things get when you try to find 'em. I would have given my right arm for these at one time.

Too bad the front end is all funked up. If I didnt need a front end right now I'd be all over that driver door.

Here are some pictures of the items you guys requested:

Fog light brackets

1/4 windows

Tilt

Center dash trim (sorry, I didn't realize that one of the screw mounts was broke)

Seat belt latches on the sides of the seats

Console lid and switch plate (which are in great shape)

If you guys decide you want these parts, let me know. I'll be heading over to the shop on Saturday to take 'em off.

A closer look at the door panels (these things are in awesome shape. I wish I could have found these a couple of years ago when I was working on my interior)

Intrument cluster (kinda sad to see a Turbo Coupe with such low miles wrecked like this)

Sun visors (by the way, the head liner is almost perfect)
