Not accelerating when i want... April 20, 2008, 09:50:09 PM My 86 cougar ls 5.0 seems not to listen to commands of lately. When I step on the accel pedal to go faster or generally trying to get up to speed sometimes it doesn't want to go past 45 and after a minute or so (sometimes longer) it will do as i command, eventually. What I'm feeling is the pedal is going to the floor but it's not comming through the with the speed. What could it be, guys? Thanks in advance. Quote Selected
