Computer Question March 02, 2008, 05:32:34 PM Does anyone know what computer system, if any our 1987-1988 thunderbird have(obdII, obdI). etc. I recently met a kid with a vw who pirated a complete engine diagnostic setup(were you can see rpms, change all sots of settings like fuel air mixture and rmp limits). I was hoping to do the same for our cars. I dont know if this is possible tho. Anyone have any ideas? Quote Selected

Computer Question Reply #4 – March 05, 2008, 08:39:27 AM Our cars are OBD .5... LOL... OBD-I in my opinion are the EEC-IV systems that can also give engine temp, TPS voltage, etc when connected to a scanner(these are the three digit code systems)... EEC-V systems are OBD-II... Quote Selected
