My True Home Belmont's Rod and Custom

Well I think I said forever ago that I'd post pics of the speed shop I worked at back in MA. Well I took a bunch of pics over xmas and finally got them uploaded. Pics are all here http://www.putfile.com/album/177286 but here's a few shots as preview:

Well, I'll be...

I bought some parts for my original T-Bucket at Belmont's way back (early 1980's?). Nice shop - I was psyched that they had what I needed! Jiminy crickets, I just realized that you may have barely been born when I bought those parts! One of the families from the old neighborhood (Mission Hill) moved to Dedham, so I used to cruise out there from time to time in my Mustang & GTO.
11.96 @ 118 MPH old 306 KB; 428W coming soon.

Oh,that's just awesome !!! The Obsolete Ford Parts store in Oklahoma City is like that.Tons of old parts,an original Shelby Cobra (427) in the corner,I have to stop every chance I get just so I can look at it all,even though I can't use much of it.Still cool.

LOL, yep, I was born in 83... He's been there since some time in the 70's though so it's not surprising.

Nice place. I wish that a place like that was by me.

Oh and I had one of those Mobile race cars when I was a kid :D
