Side mount seat controls from another seat?

Anyone have any idea how I could mount controls from another seat onto my TC seats?  Idea meaning; what seat to get side controls from that has the right ones (up down, back forward, rear up, etc...) and could easily be made to fit/work on the TC seat?

I was just thinking, 1. I like seats with the controls on the side and 2. if I could move the controls from the console, I should have enough room to custom mold a cup-holder where theses controls were.  Maybe even a sweet mercedes cup-holder that is a "cup-holder in a cup-holder" and when you push a button, the inside cup-holder pops up and over to reveal a second cup-holder  :D  Thoughts?

ps:  cup-holder :hick:

yeah, I have no problem jumping in...  just wanted to see if anyone had ideas on what seats to look for in the junkyard, because I somewhat know what the yards do and don't have around here...

You could try an older Taurus/Sable. My brothers old '89 had power everything, including power lumbar, and it didn't seem to be that different of a package compared to the side plastic cover with power recline on my seats. I'm not sure what wiring would be like, but I would imagine both being Ford and from the same era it wouldn't be too bad.

yeah, wiring should all be the same...  just polarity reversing circuits...  should be a simple cut and splice job (after a bit of testing).  thanks, I check taurus'
