yeah, the K is the same whether it's for a 2.3, 3.8 or 5.0.
It's the mounts and years that are different.
there's also 2 diff. styles of K members too.
86 through 88 are the ones that 5.0 has the very-hard-to-find engine mount brackets.
Older ones simply used Mustang-style mounts. There's differences as well with the a-arms.
