+1 thumbs up for the monochromatic look, very nice.  If you don't want to port the E6, there's a guy that makes a nice bolt-in replacement log header.  AND ditch the BCS!

Thanks guys. I will post interior pics of soon. I'm from Williamsburg Brooklyn. Who makes the bolt on replacement? I know Stinger and I think 40Bob makes some headers too but I didn't want to pay too much but I guess you have to spend money to make HP.

I love those Rebel wheels!  The car looks great with silver trim, I never thought of that before.  I think it'd be cool if the trim stripe was blue.

Bob40 makes the log headers.  A ported E6 flows pretty well and is the low cost way if you do the labor, otherwise it's probably cheaper to let Bob make your car faster.

As long as it doesn't crack or blows my head gasket! lol. How much more HP gains can you get with and E6? Ive heard different numbers and want to know a more accurate guesstimate. This with a T3 Garrett and 3" exhaust.

I don't know if anyone has done a useful series of tests, but getting the exhaust to flow easily all the way is a smart way to make power.  A good exhaust manifold would be a nice complement to your current mods.  If you want to spend money, there's a guy that will make a nice tubular steel header where the headers turn down, u-turn so the  faces the bottom of the hood.

Cool. Send me the info, I want to look into this. Thanks!

I'd recommend the bob's log over porting an E6. I ported an E6 once just for the hell of it and it's a pain in the ass, you get metal slivers EVERYWHERE and I've heard of a few people getting them in their eye. blech.

BTW- Bob's Log will run you about $300. All the tubular headers run $400+. I have a Bob's Log and I think it's great for what I paid, it must not be too bad since with it and one of Bob's 3" elbows, I've got enough flow to spool a 57 trim like a stock T3.

Oh, and about that color- is that the very rare Opal Frost I've heard so much about (I think that was the one)?

He doesn't even have any 2.3L manifolds on that page....?

Maybe not, but he had a turbo 2.3 in an RX7.  The header he made for that is similar to the ones you see at the link.
