January 09, 2008, 01:08:45 AM I don't even know if this qualifies for feedback anymore...After the 3-month debacle that was his original order (that he changed a few times, got sent USPS, sent back due to being an incorrect address on his own PayPal, and re-shipped DHL) and the merry-go-round that was the feedback and attempted extortion, I went ahead with the transaction anyways (I know, I know, but the stupid box was already in the DHL center by him and he claimed he needed the stuff to sell his car so I figured he'd get it, install it, sell the car, and go away).That happens in November, he gets the box, end of story. NO! He PM's me about a lock actuator missing (very well could be with the re-boxing and two cross-country trips) and the decals being wrong (I installed a set of my black decals on a console plate I sold him, he paid $39.99 for the black ones) that now he wants the aluminum ones. After a few PM's, he claims he is going to send the console plate back in a box because he is scared of installing them (which is why I did it in the first place) on the 27th of Nov.Fast forward to the week before Christmas, he sends a PM asking if I got the box yet, and even admits to not sending it until that Saturday (guess it wasn't important). I tell him no, nothing has come.Fast forward again to the 1st of the year, now it's an "Express Mail" package (1-2 days delivery) sent to my address. Even with the Christmas bum-rush, if truly sent on the 15th of December, it would have been here before Christmas. I know our mailman VERY well (he hates all the boxes that come here, but he's a car guy with a few old Jeeps) and he assures me nothing has been missed.Multiple PM's in which "Crusher" whines about the length of time (remember he waited at least 3 weeks to mail it back by his own admission) and he sends me a quote of me telling him that his order was for black (I don't understand that one, I think he's trying to get it to look like he ordered the aluminum, which is $44.99, which he did not) come in over 1-2 days.After I ask him 3 times for a tracking number, he replies with my address and a statement staying it's an Express Mail letter (not a box). I have no idea what could possibly be in a letter seeing as how the installed decal was what he wanted changed and was the whole reason for the hold-up!So on the 2nd he finally sends a PM (still with no tracking #) saying it was at my local OfficeMax, 5 miles from my house (which is where the DHL center is).So I call the OfficeMax, and of course, they have no idea what I'm talking about. So I go in there and speak with the manager, who assures me of a few points.1.) OfficeMax as a whole does not accept mail for people or business's, they just write "RTS" (Return To Sender) on it and throw it right back at the mail guy and 2.) That he doesn't remember any Express/Priority letters/boxes coming in the mail at all, let alone an RTS (and yes, he's the only one to handle the mail).So he PM's again today asking if I picked it up yet, I tell "Crusher" the above facts in addition to asking him what exactly is going on (is it a box or letter, when and how did you send it, etc) and get a response to the tune of "OfficeMax is paying out-of-pocket to send the letter back" (yeah right, like ANY big box business is going to do that) and to not to try to pick it up.So, in summary, after yanking my chain for almost 3 months to order and pay for some items, threatening and using negative feedback, then going through with the deal anyway, then going back-and-forth over a box (then letter) for 6 weeks, he suddenly solved all of the problems!I'm sorry, but my BS-o-meter can't handle it anymore.Seller's beware, buyer's beware! This kid is up to something (whether it's a scam or just laziness I don't know) and I don't like it. Why didn't he return the console plate right away? Why no tracking #? I sent it out on Dec 15, 2007.And U never messaged me so on 12-20-07 I replied to you wondering if you got it. On the 22nd of that month I replied I was going to go to the PO to check what was up. Finally after going to the Post office They checked my slip and told me it reached the address. Thinking you were cheaping me out I replied to you once more on Jan, 1st.I looked over the box you sent and realized the address was in black marker, then when I looked at the DHL slip the addresses didn't match up. It also stated Office Max on the slip so I looked up on the main website your town and when I saw the address that was the one I sent it too. Called them up and they told me it was sitting in the back and they were about to send it back to me. I asked them if you could pick them up and they said yes. I sent you a PM on the second of Jan. 2008 telling you to go to office max and you were right.Never got a reply and I replied you asking for a comment or word on anything seeing if you got it. So On the 8th 8:00pm your time I called up the office max and they said they still had it and it was gonna be sent back to the sender in 2 days. I told them to just send it to me and make sure if anyone asks to get it not to give it to them. * Thinking u r going to cheap me out like what has happened to me before * <-- Said I was thinking Did not say u were screwing me over...Since I got hired on the 8th in my new job I found out they can make the decals for me cheap and I can make my own logo design on them from the PC using photoshop and etc. Also Since I've been waiting for the lock motor because you forgot to put in in the box sent to me on 27 of Nov.. This was surpose to fix my broken automatic lock. I wanna put my door panel on so I had someone ship me one on the 7th for 10 dollars shipped.Since I'm trying to sell my car I'm getting it back together and not waiting for anyone. Atleast with the decals which r coming back the wrong black ones I can get the shape of them for when I create the new ones from my new job to sell with the car.What I didn't like is when the lady at office max fixed up the letter and put it in the box to be sent to me and I warned u not to go to office max you then finally reply to me after a week saying u went that day and they didn't have anything... To Sum it all up:Only thing which changed on my part is the Shipping from a box to a small express letter which would of gotten there in 2-3 days vs 5-6 days aswell.Also I never got to the PO from the 28th of nov till Dec 15, 2007 since I was christmas shopping and working from 6am to 9pm every day. Thats also another reason I sent it express then a box so it got there quicker...I think this wasn't good communication between the seller and buyer. And since I can't wait anymore I have solved the whole problem.Saying Im a poor seller or buyer and to warn others, thats just plain stupid to me. I have done alot of business with people on this site, mostly off site in person then shipping and Only had 3 problems.
