as for the qty of bulbs,, thats for you to figure out but go ahead and get 42, thats the answer to all questions in the universe:D

type of wire, answered
type of bulb, answered
replace all bulbs, thats up to you
using metalic tape for a jumper , thats stupid
taking hours to find 1/2'' worth of copper wire, priceless:D

As for the "S" - that appears ONLY if the speedo is remanufactured. There is a jumper on the circuit board (similar to the W2 jumper for the 199 mod) that must be connected to activate the "S". Simply swapping a junkyard cluster in will not illuminate the "S"



you aint kidding about the hologen bulbs being hard to find, my lights just went today and i spent a few hours running around to the "standard" parts places and none of them had them(#2033). my next stop is the dealer and if not there then my last resort before having to get the standard bulbs is the junkyard:shakeass:
