The new DD: 2001 Police Interceptor, new PICS on Page 11! Reply #36 – December 13, 2007, 11:22:29 PM If you grab a spare, be sure to get the j-bolt and hold down so you can mount it on the shelf. It really helps with traction having the spare over the right rear tire. Quote Selected

The new DD: 2001 Police Interceptor, new PICS on Page 11! Reply #44 – December 20, 2007, 11:21:36 PM Hehehehehe! The factory true-duals had seen better days (and were 2 1/4" crush bent!)Soooo...2.5" mandrel-bent cat-back going under the axle instead of over (the factory pipes neck down to 1.5" and go 90*/180*/90* to fit in-between the axle and gas tank) with Flowmaster 40-series 3-chambers. Topped off with rolled 2.5" straight-cut chrome tips. Niiiice.BTW it sounds GREAT! Throaty idle, nice acceleration noises, quiet in cruise, and no droning. VERY high quality sounding! Quote Selected
