shift cable LOL car is stick.

I just got home from going and seeing the car.
Had to break open the trunk to get my bottle out b4 insurace company comes to see it. The car is a loss no doubt about that the rear frame rails bent and crushed both 1/4s.

Good news is motor started frist time and i got the car to move in 1st and R so the tranny seems ok. cant tell if i have bent axles or rear end but its turns both tires so spool or axle didn't snap.  I might get lucky and rear end tranny and rear susp could be fine so its not to bad,

if i get a Mark7 will u all still love me? or should i go back to GM?

Sorry to hear about your ride, that was one hell of a storm we had overnight, luckily my bird was parked during it.
The 400 is a horrible hwy to be on in a snowstorm.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

modify the brake lights so you can use the 83 to 84 ones. Maybe it will seem alittle more like your old one.
