door panel repair

After looking through some posts, I noticed a door panel with a carpet covered map pocket.  Is that a factory Ford option?

My armrests and map pockets are shot, and need some options.  Any suggestions?

Truthfully, I've never paid any attention to non-turbo Foxes.  Didn't realize the door panels were different.

Thanks.  Do the std panels have the same armrests?

I'm not too far from you, 1-1.5 hrs south. I've even destroyed tires at the airpark there, w00t!
