Here's a harder to read, not ready for prime time spreadsheet I created a few months ago.

Most of the data is taken from manufacturer websites, so take them with a grain of salt.

i agree with the AFR 185s what would be a nice Cam to go with it?

I could get a used set of 165s installed for $1000 which those also have good flow #'s so not 100% sure if i will get 185s or 165s but i have made up my mind to get AFR heads.

The better heads are all going to be approx the same THROUGH A EXHAUST SYSTEM... Exactly the reason I decided to keep my TFs...

SBF is making many of their threads so that you have to log in to view them.  A shame for those who do not wish to sign up on yet another forum because the place is a goldmine of information.  If I'm not mistaken those Canfields they have listed aren't even the big ones.....

The intake/exhaust ratio is avg. flow not peak or valve size...
Seems there would be great benefit on the exhaust side of the Twisted Wedge with some porting.

The E7TE flows are a little low. The others look good.

You think maybe the bumps in the E7 exhaust ports restrict them that much? Would be interesting to see the same heads before the bumps and after.

The AFR's are killer indeed. For the money (and yes, I might be a little biased but with good reason...see below) it seems the Canfield heads are perhaps the best bargain, if you're looking purely at airflow. Once you start thinking about $1200+ US for heads, you're in it for the numbers, not the cost. ;)

Canfield is about 25 minutes from where I live. When I'm cylinder head shopping I'm definitely going to try to support my local economy (which for me could be Canfield, or TFS, or anything from Summit Racing LOL). Plus, if something ever happens with them, they're just a short drive away. Still...even if you're not local to them, they're a ed good company to deal with.

Low compared to other flow results I've seen from the E7TEs on the internets. Using the same sources as that chart, I get an average about 10% higher. Not a huge difference, but as every other case if referenced to it as "% over stock", I thought it was worth mentioning. I can't speak to the E5 flow specs,as I haven't searched for any.

Let's just say I have a few connections there. Pricing and specs won't be an issue. ;)
