Loose steering Fix?

I just picked my car up and drove it a couple hundred miles home yesterday and it seems that the steering is very loose, anyone else have this problem, whats the best way to correct it?

First you need to climb under the car and actually see what the problem is. It could be anything from loose wheel bearings, loose inner and/or outer tie rods, bad alignment, bad ball joints, loose lug nuts, deteriorated steering shaft rag joint or a bad steering rack.
