Dammit vinnie, this good enough?

THERE. Haha that should ease the pain you (and I guess everyone else really) is experiencing. Honestly I REALLY like those better and think the car looks badass with em. But those stupid soft compound WIDE 150mph tires dad put on em wear quick I'm sure so I just put em on ocassionally. This was earlier this summer.

All better now? lol :flip:
1987 20th Anniversary Cougar, 302 "5.0" GT-40 heads (F3ZE '93 Cobra) and TMoss Ported H.O. intake, H.O. camshaft
2.5" Duals, no cats, Flowmaster 40s, Richmond 3.73s w/ Trac-Lok, maxed out Baumann shift kit, 3000 RPM Dirty Dog non-lock TC
Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...

I like those tires better, but for your car,I like the turbines better. You're half way there. If you would just do what I say,the world would be a better place.Take the white..............walls (sorry,I almost threw up),and put them on the ten holes, and the blackwalls on turbines.Easy fix to a horrible, hidious dilemma.

yea they turbines go so much better because theres no chrome or brushed aluminum on the car to match the 10 holes.

Haha. That is definitely an idea. I think you got the right idea, and a good way to solve our worlds ills. Everyone should just....do as vinnie says! :hick:

Thats a neat thought tho. And yes the gold turbines are meant for it so for that reason I like them too. So I dont know if Im gonna swap the tires. Like I said those others are very soft compound.

So let me get this straight. We've moved away from joking, to SERIOUS BUSINESS. This is actually bothering you guys huh? Haha thats reason enough for me to leave it as is! Again the tread on em is real good so it would be a huge waste not to use them. Sorry guys. *awaits temp-ban*

@bhazard...

YES *sigh* it leaks a little. MAN someone just HAD to notice that plywood paneling. Thought it was pretty much invisible. I think its the tranny pan gasket. Line connections are dry. Been meaning to do that for awhile. Its very very slow but my mom flips out if she sees even one spot so I gotta be extra-special-careful. Cant wait til I got my own place lol......

If you want to keep the white.......walls (almost lost it again....),then turn them around backwards so the whitewalls are on the inside.Don't let your car roll around in shame just to spite all of us.In the long run, you're only hurting yourself. The car is probably leaking because it needs those tires to disappear...quickly.

Well I only did it cause they were cupped and my cousin said it was enough that I should flip them. I hope everyone understands that. I didnt WANT to do it. Oh and it leaked since my dad owned it. Maybe it just doesn't like dad and I.

For the love of all things sacred, take those 10 holes off the car!

I said it before and I'll say it again, the whitewalls aren't bad.
That said, if you need tires that are relatively inexpensive and will get you around in all kinds of weather, get these

I have them on my '88 and they are awesome in rain and pretty good in snow too.

So $72 a piece x4 = $288. Say shipping on the high side $50 (although it won't be that much). That brings you to $338. Now stick the 10 holes on the car and physically bring each of the new tires and your turbines over to Wal-Mart. DO NOT drive the car there, walk the tires and wheels in!  It will cost around $45 to have the new ones mounted and balanced as well as the old ones disposed of.

So for $383 you can be pimpin on fresh blackwall rubber on your turbines that will look great, handle great, and keep Vinnie from choking on his own vomit.
