Exhaust droooooooooooooooooooooooone! Reply #17 – August 23, 2007, 02:31:11 PM So I called Flowtech and asked about the afterburner ler they claim that it has almost 0 resonance and have a moneyback guarantee if i don't like it. So Exactly how quiet is it at cruising speeds Thunderjet? Quote Selected

Exhaust droooooooooooooooooooooooone! Reply #19 – August 23, 2007, 03:37:48 PM The whole point of the thread is to find a way to eliminate the drone. If I wanted to permanently damage my hearing I would not even address the problem and do just that. Oddly enough though I like my hearing and not having a ring in my ear. Quote Selected

I do have a catless 2.5" H-pipe which is connected to 2.25" lers and tails which probably quiets it a bit. Next year when I replace it with 2.5" lers and tails it will probably be a bit louder. Your cam will also affect how it sounds. I have a rumpy cam so the exhaust sounds rumpy. Quote Selected

I CAN'T HEAR YOU![/SIZE]I have a set of Flowmaster 40s if you are interested. Not sure if they are the supers or not they are kinda short and I can only see where one baffle is welded in the ler. I also have a set of Dyno Max turbos but they are 2.25 lers. Quote Selected
