A/C problem

here is my dilema, my A/C was blowing cold but not as cold as it should have been so I added some oil and a 2 oz. charge of 134.  the compressor started locking up and naturally the air got hot so I figured that the system was overcharged.  I hit the valve and let some 134 out and the air stayed hot and the compressor started back to running normal, well I came home and put my guage on the high side and it read 150 psi so I checked the low side and it also read 150 psi  doing this with the compressor running the pressures should be about 35 for the low side and alittle over 200 for the high side.  I am thinking that something came apart in my compressor and it is not working properly.  just looking for a second opinion before I order a new compressor.
