H R springs

Springs

anybody like these, thoughts comments? i was thinking of ordering some of them when i get my springs this month, but im not sure which ones, i dont think the rear springs are rated high enough tho. we need higher than 280-300 rite? and 950-1050 front would be good for handeling expecialy with the heavier front end?

The rears aren't too bad....stockers are 200-300# anyway.  Those fronts are monsters though....those will ride for shiznit on the street.  I had some 750-850#ers in my TBird for a while, you know they're there.  With those 1000#ers unless you have really reinforced the chassis, the body is gonna flex before those things even budge.  They should only be considered for competition use...period.

I'd say Super Sport or Race max for the any kind of street use....probably lean more towards the Super Sport.  I'd also lean towards a convertible set....

yeah i was think'n of the vert sets,

94-95 Mustang
Convertible  Race  Front 750-850  1.50"Rear 260-280 1.50"  Red 51650.88 $239/set

but i realy dont know much about the suspension game, you say the rear is 200-300#? so those rears would be the same or softer than stock?. now whats this about liniar and progressive rates? is progressive  as in at first its like 700# then a little further its 800# then like 900# as apposed to always being liniar 800#?

i have strut tower brace, k member brace and subframes, soon ill have reinforced torqu boxes and tubular k member. im look'n to lower it 1.5" but i want the thing to handel likes its on f*ck'n rails. with the sport stuff stock it wasnt bad and hooked pretty decent for a large car from what i'v driven before, but i want better.  i also have a set of swaybars picked out. any suggestions? comments? thoughts?

Well, there is such a thing as too stiff.  Big bars and big springs are going to make for one helluva stiff ride, and it may not handle any better, especially on less that smooth road surfaces.  Pick one or the other, but not both.  Also, you need to be sure that tubular K-member will work with stock-type springs, but I'm sure you realized that.
Another thing to consider is struts.  Your average strut is not going to be able to handle damping 800# springs.  You will most likely need Koni yellows (not sure if the Bilsteins can or not) if you want them to even come close to being able to do their job, and they're not cheap.

ok chuck, takeing your advice i went down in spring rate and im thinking about these, highlighted in yellow. do you think their'd be any ride height issues with un-evin-ness? the spring rates are about the same, but instead of picking the sn95 fronts i chose fox because it matched the quoted 1.5" height of the sn95's. as far as the back springs, i can rais the back about 1.5-2" with the che adjustable lowers i have on now.

Not sure what you mean by "uneveness".

They might drop your car a bit more than specified (look at the values for the same part number under the 94-95 springs).

I have no personal experience with these springs, so your mileage may vary, but they should be pretty close.  Having the height adjustment in the rear with the CHEs will help things though.
