I'm too far to attend the Jam.I'm sitting around looking for parts on E-bay and hanging around here. This afternoon we're going out of town to take our 11 year old shopping for school clothes and make a day of it.Yesterday,I helped my buddy install a 5 speed in his '67 Stang coupe. He just got the new front suspension on.He's going with a "Fat Man" front end which consists of a steering rack, spindles from an '02 Mustang (and brakes),and struts from an '88 Bird.We installed the 5 speed from a '91 Stang and he's going to mock up the tranny crossmember. After that,a Ford explorer ('96) disc rear goes in (spring perches will be swapped on),and then the Explorer aluminum driveshaft is the perfect length, and it'll drop in.He's having the block bored 30 over now.It should be a cool car.My car is coming along.I bought the 70mm Mas Air meter and MAC CAI from a fellow member for my upgrade,Fuila is sending me parts (should be here wednesday......GO FILA !!!),trying to sell a few parts to support the Sport, have a bunch of parts still waiting to go on,and I have bodywork I still have to do.Everyone is sleeping but me (nice),and that's my life right now.
