1988 5.0 tbird aod with lots of new parts July 28, 2007, 05:43:14 PM Had a 6 now has a 5.0. It is an AOD transmission. Car is silver with charcoal grey interior. It is an lx with the following new items. Remember this t bird hasnt been on the road for at least a year yet. All things are brand new. Car was used on week ends.Price is $3100.00Car has not ever been in an accident. It has a CLEAN ny title.car has power everything . There is no sun roof. stock radio. key pad works great. the body has 180,000 miles. There is like no rust just the normal under door that occurs on t birds. The good-5.0 with under 130,000 -new bbk intake-new gaskets all around -new lifters-new fuel pump- like new bbk shortys- new remain alternator-new idle air control motor-new hoses all around- new water pump- new Magnaflow mustang exhaust- h pipe- new coolant temp sender-new motor craft tps- new motor craft 02 sensors-new fuel filter-new thermostate-new motor mounts-new KYB gr2 shocks-new KYB gr2 struts-new moog coil spring all around- new stabilizer links-new outer tie rods-new sway bar bushings-new strut mate kit-new safety vent cap-new rotor-new distributer cap-new brake pads-new motor craft spark plugs -new motor craft spark plug wires-new rear lights-new wipers-new radiator-new gas tank-changed fuel sender-new brake shoes-new 2 wheel cylinders- new kick down cable-new pcv valve-new pcv valve gromet-new intake filter-console-like new center lights-tc header panelThis car is very good on the road and handles well. I had other plans with the car but I am attending college right now and need the money to pay for bills and such. The bad-what will need to be fixed is the cluster. It reads and works but the lighting is very low, you will need to replace it with a different one.- The transmission needs a rebuild. It runs through first and second but when it reaches 3rd it doesnt switch over.In conclusion the car is pretty good it only needs what i specified.
