Dust shields pshhh. I thought about them and should have gotten a set but never did. Now I wish I had.
The 5.0 badges are a nice touch. That is one of the first things I did to mine. They'll be removed though in favor of a new project I'm slowly working on.

I was going to keep mine stock but since my car has high miles, has been in an accident in the past, no longer holds original paint, changes are-a-comin'. Besides, other than the motor and now TC hood, it's pretty much been in stock form since I got it 6 years ago. Time for a change.

Yeah A project for this weekend.  I just drove it to work tonight, GOD I love this thing.  It is so quite, that you think it stalled coming up to a stop.  kind of a nice change of pace from the bird.:hick:  lol.

Yeah...I remember all too well how friggin SILENT my stinkin' car was with the stock exhaust. Rev it up? Don't bother, it sounded like a vacuum cleaner!!! I felt like I was driving a beast chained up, pining for freedom. Then I cut off the rusty ler for until I did my dual exhaust, and the beast was FREED!!! I remember driving to work the next day listening to it roar. (keep in mind this is y-pipe, cats, SINGLE 2.25 and all, sans ler and tailpipe :hick:) but that was enough for me I was in love!!!!

It IS impressive though how quiet it is stock, sometimes that CAN be nice actually. Makes it seem more well-built and luxurious :D .

Nice car, love the interior, IMO the cloth is much nicer and more comfortable than the leather... Ditch the decals...

Yeah man that interior is really nice and clean looking. Inspiring me to clean up my bird this weekend. Just finally got her out of the shop after a month of sitting there collecting dust when I got the mustang. :(

Man I just got back from driving the t-bird.  What a difference.  The bird definatley has a tough sound to it, but the Cougar seems so luxurious as you said.  Now I dunno what I want, LOL.

Beautiful car.Man,that thing is great.I agree, ditch the decals.they take away from the looks of the car.If it's in memory of another car,I'd get a smaller one for the rear window, but not on the body like that. The interior is beautiful.Nice score.

It isn't a proper tribute if the decal isn't in the same spot.  And sorry guys, It aint going anywhere!  I like it and that is all I care about.
