I might have one kicking around - I've got a couple of OEM Ford relays out of old cop cars (by "old" I mean 98-02) in the bottom drawer of my tool box. Post a pic.

What is the terminal layout?

*edit* nevermind, I looked it up. It appears to be a common relay included in lighting kits and puppiesanese vehicles. If you don't mind changing connectors you could easily subsitute a more common 5-terminal relay (which every store would carry). The terminal configuration is as below:

You would change the plug the relay goes into. In order to do so you'd have to rearrange the wires so that they are as shown below. The colour of the wires on your vehicle does not matter - you MUST make sure you swap the wires terminal for terminal as shown in my drawing. The red wire on the "old relay" goes to the position of the red wire on the "new relay", AS SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAM, NOT AS ANY HARNESS YOU MAY GET HAS and so on). In other words, ignore any wire colours on your vehicle or the new relay harness.

As shown in my diagram, "85" must go to "85", "30" must go to "30", etc. The old relay might not have these numbers but the new relay should. If the old one doesn't, go by the position of the wires - the view shown below is of the bottom of the relay, so while holding the relay so that you're looking at the bottom of it with the connector's retaining clip pointing DOWN, the wire that goes into the bottom left terminal would be wire #85, so it would go into the terminal marked "85" on the new relay, and so on.
