That is awesome.

That project is a huge undertaking. I'll be doing my first simple engine swap and I'm a bit nervous, I couldn't imagine taking it that far.

yea thats dumb guys saying that its still an import, what a waste of time. It seems like it would actually be fun to do, and its DIFFERENT. god i think youd get bored seeing the same car everywhere. who else has a ls1 civic? that thing is gonna haul ass, and if he does good on the body wont look half bad. He had 2 junks and put them together to reserect them, whats so bad about that? I always thought that would be cool to do even if i dont like hondas that much, its amazing what they have done. You people need to be more open minded, im sure you wouldnt like to get ratted on for something you did. then again some of you just dont give 2 shiznits.

those are some pretty bad ass swaps. that said, why do people get all worked up over imports? people bash the shiznit out of them. theres absolutely nothing wrong with imports. i think generally they are sweet. as specially when done right with some taste. its the friggin punk ricer mentality and the gaudy, tacky ignorant shiznit they do to there cars i cant stand.

someone said imagine looking for that camed covette or camaro, revving your engine to see if someone will race even thought you cant see them, and getting BLOWN away by the civic in your rear view.

Yeah I have the feeling when people see the car coming down the street, they'll have a hard time figuring out where the loud V8 sound is coming from :D .

do a search on "ZX351 shakedown". its a vid of a ZX3 Focus with a carb'd 351w in it. sounds pretty good. guy sold it here locally for about $12,000.

I dont care what it is if its fast and it could beat whatever you are driving it deserves props no matter what it is Honda, Chebby, Hundai , Toyota , Honda , ect. Personally i would have loved to see that finished i love preludes especially the 95 - 00 (?) i was looking into Preludes and integras before i settled on the 99 cougar.
