She's alert and talking but has no idea what's going on or who she is. John's been talking to her for 2 hours. Her "personality" is still there though, so maybe it will all be OK for him and her.

As for the suit, Geico canceled her claim on the same day as the accident. Statute of limitations in WA is 3 years and the accident was on July 12th. Luckily Geico will represent us with their corperate attorneys as they're named on the case. There's still a chance the judge could throw the suit out as BS in the opener before July 12th. (Judge has to approve the suit before Statute is up).

A buddy of mine rear ended someone 2 years ago at 10 mph. Broke the grill and bumper on his Mirage and did nothing to the lady's Park Avenue. A year later she tried to sue him for back pain. Problem was some how she was 2 feet shorter and 50 lbs heavier. Judge threw it out. Some people are just retarded:hick:
