12-31-06 I lost a friend to DWI, sence then I've gone through some bad stuff I chose drinking as an escape and am not proud of the fact that a few nights I drove when I should of not. one night I told a cop as I sat out side a bar that I was waiting to see if any one needed a ride home. this made the cop think that I was a good person that was doing a good dead, when actualy I was a drunk that was good at telling a BS story to get out of going to jail!
sence then it bugged me so I have actualy started going to the local bars in my neck of the woods at closing time and realy doing what I said I was doing that night.
and guss what, it is a reak good feeling, knowing that I might be saving a life or two. so I put this out to those of you who live the night life, take a night out of your weekend and try it. stay sober and give a ride or two. make sure some one gets home safe. the local police have actualy taken a liking to what I'm doing, and tonight as I was heading out from the local bar and one of the local cops let me leave with out writing me a ticket fo an out of date inspectin sticker, becouse in his words "I'm doing a public sevice" I need to get my car inspected but have not had enough time this month to get it done. so I see it as a free ride on the carma train! do something genuine ly good and see how it afects your life.
I'm now trying to see how I can expand on this and spread it around my local towns with out going broke. hopefully it will work. I'm no saint but its the leasti can do.

thats awsome. glad to see someone do something for others even if the reward isnt direct. I try an help ppl anytime i can, jumps, a hanger to get their keys, whatever i can do. but i think of the things ive done wrong when something bad happens to me. Carma's bitch unless you play along with it

Once i get my license im gonna be the driver for all my friends, we all under age drink, but ive lost one friend already( see sig and pic), i won't loss another that way.
