New item every week, #5 is more 83-86 trim Reply #16 – April 20, 2007, 06:48:58 PM Original - Molded in red so lighter colors are harder to paint, the plastic is very high quality and the casting has little to no flashing. Comes complete with everything you need to make a stock 87/88 TC. The chrome is usually weak. Also optional chrome wheels, and Kobel-style full bodykit and FMS style spoiler included. Usually $15-$45 plus shipping on eBay depending on condition and completion. Open boxes are usually missing pieces. Quote Selected
New item every week, #5 is more 83-86 trim Reply #17 – April 20, 2007, 06:49:36 PM New - Molded in silver plastic so lighter and non-reddish color cover much better. However the plastic is much, much lower quality. It is very soft and does not react well with serious paints (metalflakes, pearls, etc). The chrome is usually much better if you'd like to keep the wheels chrome. Comes with all of the same pieces as the original plus a small decal set, paint brush, glue, and some paint. Usually $12-$20 plus shipping on eBay. Quote Selected

New item every week, #5 is more 83-86 trim Reply #21 – April 20, 2007, 11:41:12 PM How much to ship a new kit to Nova Scotia, Canada (postal code B0N2L0) via USPS airmail? Your prices are pretty close to others I've seen that were located in Canada but I'd rather give you the business. With $15 on the customs form there won't be any duty/taxes anyway :D Quote Selected

USPS is WIERD. I over-estimated the size/weight so figure $14 to ship. It would probably cost the same to ship you 2. (Still only WORTH $15 you know ) Quote Selected

(Still only WORTH $15 you know ) Save me one, I'll get it once I have some extra PayPal fundage. You think USPS is weird? It costs me a dollar more to mail a sequencer to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia than it does to mail one to California. And the one in California is airmail, the Cape Breton one is ground. If the package is under 500 grams (about a pound) the difference is even greater. For about $6 I can mail a >499 gram parcel to anywhere in USA via airmail (including AK, HI, PR). To mail that same package to Moncton, New Brunswick (a three hour drive from here) costs $11.00. Figure that one out... Quote Selected

New item every week, #5 is more 83-86 trim Reply #29 – April 24, 2007, 11:53:47 PM I just wanna paint it white/grey, so the red body ain't necessary :D I'll likely paint the snowflakes white as well, as I plan on doing that to my car Quote Selected
